Arbor Construction was excited to take on this South Charlotte basement renovation. Inspired by the owner’s obvious loyalty and esteem for The U, Miami University became a wonderful theme to build this room around.
With plenty of space for entertaining, the room has several different areas for gathering. From the bar, to the booth to the tv area and wine cellar, this basement is the ultimate hub of the gracious host. The mirrored bar area gives the feel of one’s own private club.
This cozy booth is the perfect spot to open a bottle and hear a fish story or two. The card table has easy access to the bar, but is insulated from the noise of the big game.
Don’t forget the easy access to the wine cellar!
And of course, a comfortable spot is necessary to watch the big game. No detail was overlooked in this amazing space!
